  1. Locate the nearest station to you, Scan the QR code on the station and follow the instructions given.
  2. A portable charger will pop out.
  3. Charge your phone on the go.
  4. Return the Charger to any BLITZ Stations with an empty slot.

You can return the portable charger to the same station, or simply find all available station locations using The BLITZ app or by scanning our QR code. To return it, just slide the charger into the station with the logo facing up.

No, you do not have to download an app. You can simply scan the QR code at the station to rent a portable charger.

A ‘pending’ BLITZ transaction is just a pre-authorization to confirm your payment method is valid. After you return the charger, your credit card company will lift the hold, and you’ll only be billed for the time you used, based on 30-minute intervals. The hold typically disappears within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Please note that if a charger is kept for more than 24 hours, you’ll be charged $50, and at that point, the charger is yours to keep and use as you want.
