Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.
- Items returned without packaging or missing parts.
- Clearance or final-sale items.

Defective or Damaged Products:
- If your product is defective or arrives damaged, you must return the item.
- Once received, a replacement will be issued. Refunds are not offered.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect due to our error.
